Westfield Apple
The Westfield Seek-No-Further is an old New England apple from Westfield, Massachusetts, grown by the 1700s. Streaked dull red over a russeted ground, it has tender, rich, aromatic, sub-acid flesh — so esteemed for dessert that, the saying went, you need seek no further.
