Tolman Sweet Apple
Tolman Sweet is an old New England apple known for its sweetness and keeping ability. Pale yellow, sometimes with a faint russet line, it has firm, low-acid, sweet flesh that made it a favourite for baking and for cider, and it stored well through the winter.
