Windsor Cherry
The Windsor is a sweet cherry raised near Windsor, Ontario, Canada, in the late 1800s. Dark liver-red and firm-fleshed, with a sweet, rich flavour and good shipping quality, it ripened late and became a leading commercial cherry of its era.
